Scope of Work: Modernization of this Neo-Grec townhouse including the addition of a new roof deck with a custom designed steel and glass bulkhead to take advantage of the NYC harbor views, new HVAC and mechanicals, period detail preservation, selective room reconfiguration and custom designed finishes throughout.
