In collaboration with The Brooklyn Home Company and acquired in 2020, Steering House led the due diligence on the acquisition of this stalled construction site on Brooklyn’s 4th Avenue. The new development plan included the purchase and transfer of unused air rights from a neighboring building so that the project can be developed with seven unique floor through apartments each with a private, keyed elevator. Steering House led the construction of this project which concluded in 2022.
