With today’s sale of one of our Dean Street projects this becomes the last day of a much loved Steering House development project: an SRO to three family conversion and gut renovation of a landmarked Crown Heights North townhouse. We wish the new owners many years of happiness in their new home.
Today we closed on our newest development project: a beautiful Queen Anne on one of the best blocks in historic Crown Heights North. The scope of work includes SRO to 1-family conversion and extensive historic restoration of the abundant original detail. We’ll keep you updated with major project milestones along the way.
