In collaboration with The Brooklyn Home Company Steering House gut renovated this existing townhouse to create four unique floor-thru condos, three with private outdoor space. The project consisted of a four story horizontal extension, new structural work on all floors, all new MEP and extensive cellar excavation with underpinning.
