This project involves the gut renovation of this historic Greek Revival townhouse, complemented by the construction of a two-story rear extension to enhance and modernize the home for a local family. This project is four homes away from our other active project at 33 Joralemon. We timed the two projects to take advantage of in-house and subcontractor resources, producing a savings for our client.
