We are pleased to announce our latest development project: The design and construction of a new, ground-up townhouse on one of the last remaining vacant lots in Brooklyn Heights, a neighborhood close to our hearts. After designing the new building we received the necessary approvals from the Landmarks Preservation Commission and the Department of Buildings and will be breaking ground shortly. Our design adheres to Passive House standards and will be certified as such upon completion, ensuring superior energy efficiency and sustainability. We are also proud to have secured on-site parking for this development—an achievement that is particularly challenging in this historic area.
