Our flagship project connected a historic townhouse and its original carriage house through a newly built 100-foot underground corridor. Extensive excavation and underpinning to a depth of forty feet created space for a private swimming pool, a movie theater, a glass-enclosed wine cellar, a guest suite, and a two-car garage with a car elevator. Enclosed under a shed to protect the project from delays, the complex work was completed in under 16 months, blending historic charm with modern luxury in one of Brooklyn’s most prestigious neighborhoods.
