This project involved the gut renovation of an existing structure, along with the construction of a one-story garage on the adjacent vacant lot. The new garage not only provides secure, on-site parking for two cars but also created a private roof terrace for the second-floor condo, offering exclusive outdoor space. Additionally, we enhanced the property with the addition of a private roof deck, giving residents stunning views and outdoor living options.
