An exceptionally crafted condominium rising above historic Dumbo

We were honored to customize a premier apartment at the new Olympia building in DUMBO, Brooklyn, to reflect our clients’ refined style and needs. Working closely with them, we tailored every detail—from custom flooring and finishes to installing appliances and fixtures. We also built out personalized storage solutions, including walk-in closets with custom shelving and cabinetry. To complete the transformation, we integrated smart-home technology and upgraded lighting to enhance both functionality and ambiance.
