Rescued from foreclosure, air rights purchased and project repositioned as seven floor-thru condos

Acquired in 2020, Steering House led the due diligence on the acquisition and redesign of this stalled construction site. The new development plan included the purchase and transfer of unused air rights from a neighboring building so that the project can be developed with seven unique floor through apartments each with a private, keyed elevator.
